Maintenance Officer - Immediate Resumption

Key Responsibilities: - Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose and repair issues in guest rooms, public areas, and facilities (lights, furniture, plumbing, AC, etc.). - Preventative Maintenance: Implement regular checks and servicing for HVAC, generators, water systems, and other equipment to prevent breakdowns. - Guest & Staff Support: Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and emergencies. - Facility Upkeep: Oversee interior/exterior appearance, including painting, grounds, and cleaning. - Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and fire regulations, use PPE, and report hazards. - Vendor Management: Supervise external technicians and contractors. - Inventory & Reporting: Manage maintenance supplies and keep detailed logs of activities and repairs. Requirements: - Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
