Maintenance Officer - Boilers & Air Compressor at MeCure Healthcare Limited (MHL)

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Responsibilities - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as, coordinating repairs to maintain safety and functionality of the facilities - Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues, safety hazard. - Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects, including obtaining quotes, scheduling contractors, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and inspection reports. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, prioritizing urgent issues and providing timely resolutions. - Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and procure necessary items as needed. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks. Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in any Electrical or Mechanical Engineering related field. - Proven experience in maintenance in Pharma Industry with demonstrated proficiency in performing a variety of maintenance tasks. - Good verbal and written communication. - Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment, as well as computer software for record-keeping and communication.
