Job Summary

Residency Hotels Limited is seeking a motivated and technically-oriented Maintenance Officer to oversee daily operations of our hotel facilities at Lekki Phase One, Lagos State. If you are goal-driven, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of various systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and other systems
• Implement and execute planned maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other departments to ensure efficient and effective maintenance
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and work orders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in technical, engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a maintenance personnel
• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Sound knowledge of facility management
