About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Officer to join our team. This position requires expertise in facility maintenance with the ability to manage building systems and operations independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry components
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues using appropriate diagnostic equipment
• Prioritize and manage multiple maintenance tasks independently
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Educational background in a related field such as electrical, mechanical, or building maintenance
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related role
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance software
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations
