Maintenance Officer

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities: - Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical fixtures, lighting, and kitchen appliances. - Guest Service: Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff to resolve issues in rooms or public areas. - Facility Upkeep: Maintain the physical structure, including painting, carpentry, drywall repairs, and exterior landscaping. - Safety Compliance: Ensure all facilities adhere to health, safety, and fire regulations, including regular checks on safety equipment. - Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of tools and supplies. - Vendor Coordination: Assist in supervising external contractors for major projects and repairs. Requirements: - Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
