Maintenance Manager at Recare

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to drive our operations by overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring facility functionality, and leading our maintenance team to the highest standards of performance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee all maintenance-related work
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to detect and resolve problems
• Plan and manage all repair and installation activities
• Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facility equipment to ensure functionality
• Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline
• 15 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry
• Minimum 5 years in a similar Maintenance Manager position
• Proficiency in MS Office Software
