Maintenance Coordinator - Civil Engineer at Sayed Farms Limited

Position Summary

The Maintenance Coordinator – Civil is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing all civil maintenance activities across company facilities, buildings, and infrastructures. The role ensures that all civil works—including repairs, renovations, structural integrity checks, and preventive maintenance—are completed safely, efficiently, and to standard. This position requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Civil Maintenance & Repair Coordination

• Oversee all civil maintenance works, including masonry, carpentry, concrete works, painting, plumbing, roofing, drainage, and structural repairs
• Coordinate daily maintenance requests and ensure timely response and resolution
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, structures, and facilities to identify defects and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure all maintenance activities meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Planning & Preventive Maintenance

• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all civil structures and facilities
• Monitor work progress and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, materials usage, and job completion
• Ensure the availability of maintenance materials, tools, and equipment by coordinating with the store and warehouse

Contractor & Workforce Supervision

• Supervise civil technicians, artisans, and external contractors to ensure compliance with work specifications
• Evaluate contractor performance and ensure jobs are delivered within agreed timelines and quality expectations
• Assign daily tasks and monitor the productivity of maintenance personnel

Project Execution & Site Management

• Support civil engineering works for renovation, construction, and facility upgrade projects
• Provide input for project planning, cost estimation, and material specifications
