A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. ​​​​​​Role Summary - The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising routine and non routine maintenance activities across retail fuel stations, LPG plants, head office facilities, and administrative buildings. The role ensures asset reliability, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and safe working environments. Key Responsibilities: - Maintenance Planning and Coordination -  Coordinate and supervise routine and non-routine maintenance activities across all sites. -  Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for forecourt equipment, LPG facilities, utilities, and buildings. -  Ensure timely execution of maintenance work to minimize downtime, safety risks, and service disruptions. -  Prioritize maintenance requests and breakdowns based on safety and operational impact. -  Support maintenance budget preparation, cost monitoring, and escalation of variances for approval. Retail Stations and LPG Facilities Maintenance - Coordinate upkeep of retail station assets including pumps, dispensers, tanks, pipelines, canopies, signage, lighting, generators, and forecourt systems. - Oversee LPG plant equipment such as storage vessels, compressors, vaporizers, pumps, safety valves, fire protection, and gas detection systems. - Ensure the integrity and functionality of safety critical systems including emergency shutdowns, alarms, and firefighting installations. - Support statutory inspections, testing, certification, and regulatory compliance for retail and LPG assets. - Facilities and Building Services Management - Coordinate maintenance of head office and administrative facilities including generator sets, HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, fire alarms, access control systems, and CCTV. - Ensure offices, depots, and ancillary facilities remain safe, operational, and fit for purpose. - Support minor refurbishments, office fit outs, renovations, and facility upgrades. Health, Safety, and Environment Compliance - Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company HSE policies, permit to work systems, and regulatory requirements. - Enforce safe work practices including hot work permits, working at height, confined space entry, and lock out tag out procedures. - Participate in job hazard analyses, toolbox talks, and risk assessments. - Support incident investigations and implementation of corrective actions. - Assist with compliance audits and inspections by regulators such as NMDPRA, SON, NESREA, and state fire authorities.
