Maintenance - AC Specialist

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - We are looking for an experienced and dependable AC Technician to join our hotel’s maintenance team. - The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems and HVAC units to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for guests and staff. Key Responsibilities: - Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning systems and HVAC units across the hotel. - Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of cooling systems. - Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues with compressors, motors, thermostats, refrigerant levels, and related components. - Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment life. - Respond quickly to guest and staff maintenance requests related to air conditioning. - Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and hotel policies. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage. - Collaborate with other maintenance staff to support overall facility operations. - Recommend improvements for energy efficiency and cost savings. - Properly handle tools, equipment, and refrigerant gases in line with health and safety practices.
