A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this position. The Machinery Lead III will be responsible for overseeing machinery-related engineering work and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by contractors and sub-contractors to ensure execution aligns with company specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with team goals, objectives, and procedures
• Assure accurate and timely communication among the team and other company functions regarding discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues
• Demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills in all interactions

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
• Strong leadership skills that align with the company's mission, vision, and values
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
• Fluent in English (read, write, and speak), particularly for technical and business communications
