Machine Operator(Pet Production) at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Machine Operator for PET Production to operate injection and blow moulding machines while ensuring the production of high-quality PET products. This role requires close attention to detail, strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate injection and blow moulding machines efficiently and safely
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet established standards
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to the Shift Supervisor
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines, moulds, and work areas
• Pack, label, and prepare finished products according to quality specifications

Qualifications & Requirements

• OND, Trade Test, or Technical Certification in Mechanical or Technical field
• Prior experience in water or PET manufacturing is required
• Proven experience operating plastic injection and blow moulding machines
• Basic mechanical knowledge with ability to troubleshoot minor issues
