Machine Operator

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our production team. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting food processing and packaging machines to ensure smooth and efficient production. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor food processing or packaging machinery. - Ensure machines are properly set up for production runs. - Carry out regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment. - Detect and report mechanical faults or malfunctions. - Ensure compliance with company safety, hygiene, and quality standards. - Accurately complete production logs and reports. - Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production targets. Requirements: - Minimum of SSCE / OND / Technical Certificate or its equivalent. - 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment. - Basic understanding of mechanical operations and machine maintenance. - Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. - Willingness to work shifts, or extended hours if required.
