## Title: Luxury Sales & Customer Experience Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Luxury Sales & Customer Experience Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships. You will represent the brand professionally and ensure excellent customer satisfaction in a luxury retail environment.

Role Objective

To provide a premium luxury customer experience while achieving sales targets, representing the brand professionally, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Welcome and engage customers professionally in line with luxury retail standards
  • Understand customer preferences and provide personalized fragrance recommendations
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently

Sales & Revenue

  • Drive in-store sales and consistently meet individual and store targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell fragrances and related products
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Store Operations

  • Maintain excellent product knowledge across all fragrance lines
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Support inventory control and stock replenishment

Requirements

  • 3–4 years' experience in sales or customer service
  • Retail experience is mandatory (luxury retail experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
  • Customer-focused with a strong sales mindset
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
