Position Overview
We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Luxury Sales & Customer Experience Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships. You will represent the brand professionally and ensure excellent customer satisfaction in a luxury retail environment.
Role Objective
To provide a premium luxury customer experience while achieving sales targets, representing the brand professionally, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Welcome and engage customers professionally in line with luxury retail standards
- Understand customer preferences and provide personalized fragrance recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently
Sales & Revenue
- Drive in-store sales and consistently meet individual and store targets
- Upsell and cross-sell fragrances and related products
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Store Operations
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across all fragrance lines
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Support inventory control and stock replenishment
Requirements
- 3–4 years' experience in sales or customer service
- Retail experience is mandatory (luxury retail experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
- Customer-focused with a strong sales mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
