## Title: Lubricant Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Lubricant Sales Executive will be responsible for owning, managing, and driving the growth of Automation Lubrication Products across all sectors, with a strong focus on the Automotive market. This role requires a proactive and accountable professional with a proven ability to grow product lines, develop markets, and deliver measurable business results. The ideal candidate must demonstrate full ownership of the product's commercial success and champion its presence in the Automotive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and market development plans to grow Automotive Lubrication products within the Automotive sectors
  • Take full ownership and accountability for the product's performance, market share, and profitability
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to achieve growth targets in the Automotive segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Automotive clients and OEM partners
  • Drive brand visibility, positioning, and customer loyalty through effective product representation and engagement
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver product demonstrations, trials, and value-based solutions to customers
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies
  • Provide regular market intelligence and performance reports to management, recommending actions for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that support product penetration in target industries
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support and maintaining service quality standards
  • Champion the product internally by training sales teams, promoting technical knowledge, and fostering a performance-driven culture

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
