We are seeking a qualified Lounge Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee lounge activities and staff to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery
- Manage lounge financial operations and budgets
- Manage lounge supplies, inventory, and stock levels
- Maintain lounge cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep standards
Requirements
- OND or HND qualification in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a lounge or hotel environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented approach to work
