Job description
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
- Greet members and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
- Manage bookings, check-ins, and special requests.
- Address guest complaints and resolve conflicts calmly.
- Oversee daily operations for cleanliness, comfort, and efficiency.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering.
- Process payments, manage billing, and handle financial records.
- Coordinate with catering and other service providers.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and manage agendas/travel.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain digital/paper records.
- Promote and organize special events.
- Liaise with other departments (finance, marketing) and management.
NOTE: Must have experience in the Lounge Business
Proximity to Governor\'s Road, Ikotun is preferred
Pay is 100k
