## Title: Logistics Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Logistics Officer to join our team at Vantegral Consulting. You will report to the Manager Supply Chain / Logistics Supervisor and work within the Supply Chain / Logistics functional area.

The Logistics Officer will be responsible for the effective coordination, tracking, and delivery of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy of goods, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery to client locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate and revalidate inbound and outbound goods in line with purchase order specifications
  • Coordinate pick-up, dispatch, and delivery of goods within Lagos and to Port Harcourt
  • Process Form M, PAAR, and other customs documentation
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and clearing agents to ensure prompt port clearance and delivery
  • Coordinate port operations and track shipments to prevent loss or damage
  • Ensure adherence to supply chain processes and procedures
  • Prepare and submit accurate weekly logistics reports

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in shipping and logistics coordination
  • Strong understanding of logistics, import/export, and transportation processes
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong record-keeping skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in maritime or logistics companies
