## Title: Logistics Officer

Effective tracking and coordination of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with supply chain procedures.

Validate and revalidate inbound and outbound goods
Dispatch validated goods from Lagos to Port Harcourt and client locations in a timely manner
Process Form M and PAAR documentation
Adhere to supply chain processes and procedures
Prepare weekly logistics reports
Liaise with freight forwarders and clearing agents
Coordinate port operations in collaboration with clearing agents
Update import delivery schedules
Log vessel arrival dates and expected consignment clearing dates
Ensure consignments (via air and sea) are cleared within agreed timeframes: 10 working days after vessel discharge for sea freight and 4 working days from NAHCO for air freight
Complete goods validation forms (GVF) for all receipts
Liaison with clearing agents, relevant government agencies, and clients
Ensure invoicing processes are completed at client sites
Communicate with relevant staff regarding stock management at other locations
Prepare necessary delivery documents for each client site
Oversee timely delivery of goods to clients in Lagos and Port Harcourt

University degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the maritime or oil and gas industries

Knowledge of transportation management systems and practices
Understanding of and adherence to global trade regulations for international operations
Problem-solving skills with ability to quickly identify, analyse, and resolve logistics issues
Effective communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
Attention to detail
Honesty and strong work ethic
