Logistics Officer

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Responsibilties Logistics & Supply Chain Support: - Support transportation planning and coordination for staff movements, field activities, and distributions. - Manage warehousing, inventory, and stock records for project supplies and assets. - Support setup, movement, and dismantling of Mobile Community Protection Hubs and field equipment. Asset & Fleet Management: - Maintain accurate asset registers and inventory tracking systems. - Support fleet management, vehicle logs, fuel tracking, and maintenance coordination. Procurement Support: - Support procurement processes, including request for quotations, purchase orders, and vendor coordination. - Ensure proper documentation and filing of procurement and logistics records. Compliance & Reporting: - Ensure compliance with AISVIP and NHF logistics and procurement policies. - Prepare logistics reports, tracking sheets, and inventory updates. Coordination & Support: - Work closely with Program, Finance, and Security teams to support safe and efficient operations. Requirements: - Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 7 years experience.
