Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager with extensive expertise in import and export operations and comprehensive supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing international shipments across air and sea freight, handling customs documentation, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of optimizing logistics processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless movement of goods globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate end-to-end import and export operations
• Manage international shipments (air and sea), ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency
• Prepare and review all customs documentation and ensure compliance with global trade regulations
• Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies to improve service levels and reduce costs
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs officials, and regulatory agencies
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and prepare reports for management review
• Resolve shipment delays, compliance issues, or supply chain disruptions proactively
• Stay up to date with international trade laws, tariffs, and customs requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–8 years of proven experience in import/export logistics and supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding (air & sea)
• Hands-on experience with customs clearance processes and trade compliance
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite
