Logistics Manager- Ajah at Fastest Cakes

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Logistics Manager to join Fastest Cakes. In this position, you will be responsible for planning deliveries and supervising drivers to ensure our cakes are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor outgoing deliveries
• Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs
• Supervise logistics, transportation, and customer delivery operations
• Organize workspace, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments
• Use ride-hailing apps such as Uber and Bolt for delivery coordination
• Navigate routes within Lekki and surrounding areas

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree qualification
• At least 2 years of work experience in logistics or related field
• Must reside in or around Ajah
• Sound knowledge of shipping processes and metrics
• Computer literacy and proficiency with ride-hailing applications
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to perform duties diligently under stressful situations
• Flexibility to work some Sundays and holidays
• Capacity to work from the office 23 days per month
