Logistics Manager 

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Job Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and manage all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. - Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products. - Optimize logistics processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency. - Manage logistics staff, fleet operations, and third-party logistics providers. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation and reporting. - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate closely with production and procurement departments to support smooth operations. Requirements: - Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline. - 10 – 15 years proven experience in logistics and supply chain management. - Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a strong advantage. - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Good knowledge of logistics planning, fleet management, and warehouse operations.
