Logistics Coordinator at Apple and Pears Limited

About the Role

Apple and Pears Limited is seeking proactive and highly organized Logistics Coordinators to oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations across our locations in Port Harcourt, Enugu, Abuja, and Kano. The ideal candidates will ensure the smooth flow of goods, timely delivery, efficient documentation, and effective communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch, delivery schedules, and distribution activities
• Ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping, and reporting of logistics operations
• Track shipments and resolve delays or operational issues promptly
• Liaise with suppliers, drivers, warehouse personnel, and clients to ensure seamless workflow
• Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse operations as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures
• Provide timely updates to management on logistics performance and challenges
• Support process improvements to optimize logistics efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic logistics/ERP software
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to resume on short notice
