Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced logistics and transport manager to oversee our transportation operations and ensure the efficient movement of goods and materials across Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our fleet, optimizing routes, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation operations, including route planning and fleet management
• Coordinate logistics operations with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws and regulations
• Manage transportation costs and optimize logistics processes
• Recruit, train, and manage drivers
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in logistics and transportation management
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and laws in Nigeria
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with logistics software and systems

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 per month
