Role Purpose

The Logistics Analyst is a frontline role responsible for order fulfillment and truck loading operations on-site. The role holder will be result-driven, communicate effectively, manage multiple stakeholders, and contribute to overall client satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute daily order plans in line with company standards for quality and reliability
• Monitor ongoing trips to ensure timely delivery to customer locations
• Manage route activities including invoicing, electronic bills, and shipment tracing
• Monitor loaded trucks to destinations and ensure prompt waybill collection
• Maintain positive and productive working relationships with clients
