Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a key logistics accounting role. This position is responsible for managing job orders, trip allowance requests, and coordinating between logistics and accounting departments to ensure smooth financial processing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive job orders and trip allowance requests (diesel and road expenses)
• Verify that all requests comply with job criteria and approval requirements
• Confirm all necessary approvals have been completed
• Validate that accounts stated for posting are correct and aligned with assets
• Forward approved requests to the Accounts Department for payment processing
• Receive and organize signed copies of delivery notes and waybills
• Submit documentation to the Accounts Department for retirement
• Coordinate with the Logistics Invoicing unit for posting and record-keeping

Minimum Requirements

• BSc or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
