About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Loan Recovery Officer to join Co-matrix Collection Service Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and facilitating debt recovery through professional communication and persuasion techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone and written communication to request payment of outstanding debts
• Guide customers through the payment process and address any payment-related queries
• Persuade reluctant customers to make payments promptly and professionally
• Manage client relationships with professionalism and efficiency
• Meet weekly and monthly recovery targets
• Prepare accurate and detailed reports of work activities and outcomes

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in finance, business administration, or related field
• 0–1 year of professional experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions professionally

Compensation

N80,000 – N100,000 per month
