Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Loan Officer position at Alert Microfinance Bank's Lagos office. You will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, and recommending loan applications while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, authorize, and recommend loan applications
• Conduct loan origination and underwriting processes
• Assess the financial status and creditworthiness of applicants
• Process loan applications and manage underwriting procedures
• Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Help clients achieve their financial goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in loan origination with practical experience as a Loan Officer
• Strong background in Finance and Underwriting procedures
• Familiarity with financial regulations and lending practices
