Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate loan performance
• Conduct audits and identify discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assess and analyze financial information
• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Perform data analysis and produce regular reports on loan status
• Interact with clients to obtain necessary information
• Provide support and guidance throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and finance skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in microfinance or similar financial services industry
