Lift Technician at PE Lifts Nigeria

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lift Technician to install, maintain, and repair elevators, escalators, and other lifting equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, hands-on experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently. This role requires working onsite to ensure the safety and functionality of all lift systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning of lift systems
• Maintenance & Repairs of elevators, escalators, and related equipment
• Safety & Compliance management and adherence to regulations
• Customer & Technical Support provision

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in lift installation, maintenance, or repair
• Technical certification or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of lift mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulic components
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in lift systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Knowledge of Nigerian lift regulations and safety standards is an added advantage
