Lift Technician at PE Lifts Nigeria

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lift Technician to install, maintain, and repair elevators, escalators, and other lifting equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, hands-on experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently. This role requires working onsite to ensure the safety and functionality of all lift systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of lift systems
• Maintenance and repair of elevators, escalators, and lifting equipment
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to regulatory standards
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–10 years of experience in lift installation, maintenance, or repair
• Technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of lift mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulic components
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in lift systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Knowledge of Nigerian lift regulations and safety standards (advantageous)
