About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Officer based in Lagos, Nigeria. You will provide comprehensive legal support across multiple practice areas, including business law, legal consulting, legal document preparation, and contract law.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business law advice and legal consulting services
• Prepare legal documents and contracts
• Handle contract law matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Support client matters with attention to detail and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field
• Strong knowledge of Business Law
• Experience in Contract Law
• Proficiency in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
• Previous experience in a legal role (preferred)
