About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abuja. The Legal Officer will provide legal advice, prepare and review legal documents, and ensure legal compliance across all business operations. You will manage contracts, deliver legal consulting services, and address business law matters while working closely with internal teams to mitigate legal risks and safeguard the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on business matters
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts and legal documents
• Ensure legal compliance in all business operations
• Deliver legal consulting services to support business objectives
• Identify and mitigate legal risks
• Handle issues related to business law and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Law degree and professional legal certification
• Relevant work experience in legal practice
• Expertise in Energy Law and general legal practices
• Experience in Legal Consulting and providing professional legal advice
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and review
• Comprehensive understanding of Contract Law and related legal frameworks

Preferred Qualifications
