Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Law. - Must have been called to the Bar. - Must have at least 3 years experience in the HR / Legal officer role. - HR certifications will be an added advantage. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point). - Knowledge of employment and labour laws and legislation. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Effective interpersonal and organizational skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability. - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
