Job Summary

Requirements

• Law graduate (LL.B) with completed mandatory NYSC program
• Female candidate, not more than 28 years of age
• Minimum of 5 years post-call experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Corporate and Business Law/Practice
• Strong working knowledge of Nigerian corporate, commercial, and regulatory law, particularly in the energy and technology sectors
• Exceptional ability to draft, review, and interpret contracts, agreements, and compliance documents with precision
• Proven experience in managing compliance frameworks, statutory filings, and corporate governance processes
• Excellent research skills and strong analytical thinking capability
• Ability to provide sound legal advice to the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present legal positions clearly and confidently
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive company information
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and provide proactive legal guidance
• Keen attention to detail with a structured, thorough approach to documentation and review
