About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. The Legal Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will oversee legal compliance across all operations, ensuring that business transactions and activities align with relevant legal and internal guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related field
• Proven experience in regulatory and legal compliance
• Demonstrated experience addressing legal issues
• Proficiency in legal document preparation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in compliance
• Strong understanding of the financial sector, particularly Islamic Finance
