Key Responsibilities

• Deliver HRM modules covering organisational behaviour, employee relations, talent management, performance appraisal, and strategic HR
• Create and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and online sessions
• Develop assessment briefs, grade assignments, and provide timely feedback
• Supervise student projects with practical HR case studies
• Participate in curriculum development and quality assurance activities
• Incorporate industry insights and current HR trends into teaching

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Teaching or professional experience in HR functions
• Excellent digital literacy for blended and online teaching
• Note: BSc/HND graduates with relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPD) and proven experience may also apply

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong grasp of modern HR practices and labour regulations
• Ability to integrate workplace practices with academic delivery
• Membership of professional bodies (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) strongly preferred
