## Title: Technical Learning and Development Coordinator

Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. As a Technical Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator, you will plan, organize, and support technical training initiatives, bridging skill gaps by identifying needs, creating or sourcing programs (such as software and operations training), managing logistics, tracking progress, and reporting on effectiveness. You will work to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards across technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs analysis in collaboration with technical managers and staff to identify specific technical skill gaps and training requirements
  • Schedule, manage logistics (venues, technology), and administer technical training sessions and workshops
  • Assist in creating or sourcing technical training materials, potentially involving eLearning tools or external vendors
  • Liaise with technical leads, IT, HR, trainers, and participants to ensure smooth program delivery
  • Oversee technical induction for new hires, ensuring they grasp essential tools and processes
  • Maintain detailed records of completed technical training, certifications, and skill development
  • Track training effectiveness, analyze feedback, and report on program impact to management
  • Leverage and potentially train others on learning technologies (such as Learning Management Systems and authoring tools)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities with the capacity to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Understanding of technical operations or relevant industry knowledge (such as production or IT)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse technical stakeholders and learners
