Experience:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Architect to lead architectural design, coordination, and site execution on complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, proven site experience, and the ability to translate design intent into high-quality built outcomes while coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design development from concept through construction and project completion.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with statutory requirements, building codes, and client specifications.
- Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance during construction, including regular site inspections.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups for compliance with design intent.
- Resolve architectural design issues arising on site and issue clarifications as required.
- Support value engineering, cost optimization, and constructability reviews.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction stages.
- Prepare progress reports and contribute to project meetings and technical reviews.
Requirements:
& Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in architectural design and construction.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Full professional registration and relevant certification (e.g., NIA, ARCON or equivalent).
- Strong site-based experience on large-scale building and/or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience working within multidisciplinary construction teams.
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
