About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Laundry Manager to supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations
• Ensure all linens, uniforms, and guest laundry items are properly cleaned, pressed, and stored
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards across the laundry unit
• Implement cost-effective laundry processes to minimize wastage
• Train, schedule, and supervise laundry staff for optimal productivity
• Monitor and maintain inventory of laundry supplies and chemicals
• Ensure timely handling and delivery of guest laundry
• Oversee preventive maintenance of laundry equipment
• Prepare reports on usage, costs, and departmental performance
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally

Required Qualifications & Experience

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6–10 years of experience in laundry operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and fabric care
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Willingness to live within or relocate to Lekki and its environs
• High standards of confidentiality and professionalism
