## Title: Land Surveyor Supervisor

About the Role

Rosettee Construction is seeking a Land Surveyor Supervisor to lead surveying operations on construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee survey teams, ensure accurate data collection, and produce precise maps and reports that meet project, client, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed land and engineering surveys to establish control points, boundaries, elevations, and topography
  • Supervise and coordinate survey teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to technical standards
  • Validate and verify survey data, including measurements and calculations
  • Prepare and update survey reports, maps, and CAD drawings aligned with project designs
  • Utilise GPS, Total Station, and other surveying instruments to collect precise data
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction supervisors to integrate survey data into project plans
  • Ensure compliance with national regulations, site HSE policies, and client quality standards
  • Monitor and report survey progress, milestones, and challenges to the Project Manager
  • Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments for reliability and accuracy
  • Train and mentor junior surveyors and technicians, promoting teamwork and professional growth
  • Resolve boundary and level discrepancies through analysis and proper documentation
  • Coordinate with external survey consultants or agencies for specialised surveying work

Qualifications & Experience

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Surveying & Geoinformatics, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering
  • 3–5 years' experience in land and engineering surveying within the construction industry
  • Proficiency in GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
  • Membership in NIS or SURCON registration is an advantage
