Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys to measure land features, determine property lines, and collect spatial data using equipment such as GPS, total stations, and 3D scanners
• Analyze survey data and perform calculations to determine elevations and volumes
• Prepare detailed reports, maps, sketches, and legal descriptions based on survey findings
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to provide accurate land assessments and inform design decisions
• Research legal records, land titles, and historical survey information to understand property context
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws and building codes throughout the surveying process
• Provide site plans and advise on accurate placement of structures
• Support the design and construction process by providing guidance on land development based on survey results
• Verify the accuracy of survey data and reports to ensure they meet legal and regulatory requirements
