Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to support site development and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land measurements, preparing survey reports, and providing data essential for engineering, design, and construction decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys to establish reference points, elevations, and boundaries for construction projects
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and layout plans
• Verify survey data, calculations, and measurements for accuracy
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to interpret survey results
• Utilize survey instruments and GIS software for data collection and analysis
• Maintain records of survey results and project documentation
• Ensure all survey work complies with applicable standards and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Surveying, Geoinformatics, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in land surveying, preferably in construction or civil engineering projects
• Proficiency with surveying instruments such as Total Station and GPS
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
