## Title: Land Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and recommend suitable lands for development
- Negotiate with landowners, families, and community leaders to secure acquisition deals
- Conduct due diligence and title verification to ensure property legitimacy
- Manage proper documentation and legal processes for all acquisitions
- Liaise with government agencies to obtain necessary approvals and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth acquisition processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Estate Management, Land Surveying, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in land acquisition or real estate development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian land laws and documentation processes
