Job Summary - Responsible for conducting construction laboratory tests including soil, asphalt, concrete, and field tests, ensuring accuracy, compliance with standards, and proper documentation. Key Responsibilities - Conduct tests on concrete, soil, asphalt, and aggregates. - Support secondary testing (permeability, strength, material acceptance). - Record samples and compile test results in line with standards. - Maintain laboratory compliance with accreditation requirements. - Ensure proper equipment calibration and documentation. - Keep the lab clean and organized. - Perform other assigned tasks. Requirements - Degree/HND in Civil Engineering/Technology or Geosciences. - 2–5 years’ experience in a construction materials testing laboratory. Technicians: Experience in soil, asphalt, concrete, and field tests. Senior Technicians: Above experience + strong computer skills. Assistant Technicians: Prior construction lab experience. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Team player with basic computer skills. Check how your CV aligns with this job
