Laboratory Supervisor

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - The Laboratory Supervisor will oversee all laboratory operations, ensure compliance with construction quality standards, and manage testing procedures for road and building projects. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise laboratory and field testing activities. - Review and approve test results and quality reports. - Ensure compliance with relevant construction standards and specifications. - Oversee testing of bituminous materials (Marshall Stability, Flow, Bitumen Extraction, Penetration tests). - Supervise soil and geotechnical tests (Proctor Density, CBR, Atterberg Limits, Hydrometer Analysis). - Monitor concrete and aggregate testing (mix design verification, compressive strength, sieve analysis). - Oversee diesel testing, water quality checks, and chemical soil stabilization processes. - Manage borrow pit evaluation and material source approval. - Ensure proper calibration, documentation, and reporting. - Lead and develop laboratory personnel. Requirements: - 6+ years’ experience in Road & Building Construction Quality Laboratory. - Strong technical knowledge of construction material testing. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong leadership and reporting skills.
