Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure overall cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
• Sweep, mop, wash dishes, scrub, and sanitise all kitchen areas
• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the kitchen
• Assist Chef and Cook in maintaining a clean, organised, and healthy kitchen
• Support superiors in ensuring the entire kitchen area adheres to standard health, safety, and fire prevention regulations
• Keep kitchen floors and surfaces free from dirt, grease, water, and dust

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in hospitality or food service
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a kitchen steward or similar role
• Must reside within Awoyaya, Bogije, Eleko Junction, and environs
