Position Overview: - ‎Sky Rock Hotels is seeking a diligent and reliable Kitchen Cleanerto maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment. - The ideal candidate will support kitchen operations by ensuring all cleaning and sanitation standards are consistently met in line with hotel and food safety regulations. ‎Key Responsibilities - ‎Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, drains, work surfaces, and equipment. - ‎Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans as required. - ‎Properly dispose of waste and ensure garbage areas are kept clean at all times. - ‎Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers. - ‎Follow established hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times. - ‎Assist kitchen staff with basic non-cooking tasks when required. - ‎Ensure cleaning supplies and tools are used correctly and stored properly. - ‎Report any damaged equipment, hazards, or maintenance issues to the Kitchen Supervisor. ‎Requirements and Qualifications - ‎Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is an advantage but not mandatory. - ‎SSCE or any educational qualification - ‎Basic knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness standards. - ‎Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods. - ‎Physically fit and able to handle cleaning equipment and materials. - ‎Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented. - ‎Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
