About the Role

Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited is seeking a qualified Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. You will play a vital role in maintaining kitchen operations and supporting our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all food preparation areas according to established hygiene standards
• Wash and appropriately store cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes
• Assist the Cook with meal ingredient preparation, including washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and wipe down kitchen walls
• Assist with unloading delivered food supplies
• Organize and correctly store food supplies
• Promptly transfer meal ingredients from storage areas to the kitchen as per the Cook's instructions
• Stir and heat soups and sauces
• Prepare hot beverages

Required Qualifications

• OND or SSCE qualification
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role at a reputable and standard hotel
• Residence in areas around Ikeja is an advantage
