Kitchen Assistant

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Role Summary - Supports the kitchen team with food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth operation in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist chefs with food preparation: washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. - Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are strictly followed. - Set up workstations and restock supplies. - Report maintenance issues to the kitchen manager. Requirements: - OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field of study. - Previous experience as a kitchen assistant or in food prep is an advantage. - Hardworking, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. - Should reside or be able to commute comfortably to Asokoro, Nyanya, or Maraba.
